Grand ManorThe Ravenna Housing Authority, (Grand Manor), has nineteen (19) affordable housing units. Five (5) are two bedroom and fourteen (14) are one bedroom. Although the elderly or disabled take preference, the Housing Authority will accept anyone. The Grand Manor offers off street parking, utilities paid, rents based on income with a minimum of $50 and maximum of $330 per moth.
