The Ravenna Housing Authority has nineteen affordable housing units. Five are two bedroom and fourteen are one bedroom. Although elderly or disabled applicants take preference, the Housing Authority will accept anyone. The Grand Manor offers off-street parking, paid utilities, rent based on income with a minimum of $50 and maximum of $330 per month.
