The City of Ravenna employs its own police department. Chief of Police, Ryan Kegley received the honor of Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD) Police Officer of the Year.  Over the past several years, the Ravenna Police Department has been awarded several grants that have enabled the department to have state-of-the-art equipment. The police department works cooperatively with Buffalo County Sheriff’s Office and other entities to provide protection for the citizens of Ravenna. We support and encourage the use of the Buffalo County Crime Stoppers system (308-237-2434).
